Vented Push Fit Plugs

Vented push-fit plugs are designed to be pressed into a small groove inside the cap of a container, bottle, or jerrycan. These plugs use a special PTFE membrane that lets air flow in and out while stopping leaks and keeping the contents safe from contamination.

Vented Inner Plugs

Vented inner plugs are fitted by pressing them into the neck of bottles, containers, or jerry cans. They come in different sizes, from 19 mm to 50 mm in diameter. Each plug has a PTFE membrane that lets air move in and out but stops leaks and keeps the contents protected from contamination.

Vented Liners / Seals / Wads

Vented seals, liners, or wads are placed inside the cap of a bottle or container and sealed using induction technology. Once applied, they bond tightly to the neck of the container. These vented liners are available in different diameters to match a variety of container openings.

Vented Bungs

Vented bungs are used in 200L drums and barrels to provide a secure leak-proof seal. Vented bungs allow only air to pass through, which helps keep the container's pressure equalized and prevents contamination.

Vented Caps

Vented caps come with a push-fit vent plug that maintains airflow while preventing leaks. Suitable for bottles and jerrycans from 0.25 L to 200 L, they are available in all standard sizes, with options for custom vent integration.

Flexible Packaging Vents

Flexible packaging vents (pouch vents) are used in heat-sealed pouches for products like powders, coffee, and fermented items. PTFE vents let air escape while preventing leaks and contamination, ensuring product safety and freshness.
